This combination of business and psychology gives students the knowledge and skills through a multidisciplinary understanding of human behaviour in a corporate environment.
Students will gain practical experience and transferable employability skills including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving and will also graduate with a qualification in Commerce (Human Resource Management Major) as well as in Psychology.

Career Opportunities
Students graduate with an evidence based career e-portfolio along with industry ready learning literacies and learn how to apply the theoretical concepts studied in a practical and real world setting. There are employment opportunities in any job or role that involves understanding and guiding human behaviour, showing empathy and compassion, and displaying skills such as the ability to evaluate the needs of a client, write formal reports, and keep accurate and organised records. Finally, this course will prepare students for further postgraduate studies in business or psychology.
