The Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety is designed to develop your expertise in the identification of occupational health and safety (OHS) hazards in the workplace. Your studies will equip you with knowledge skills and initiatives in the areas of occupational hygiene workplace rehabilitation ergonomics safety and occupational health and safety management.In addition you will have the option to select from a wide variety of electives to suit your personal needs and interests.Your training will include decision making problem-solving and management skills that are highly desired by employers. The course provides you with a variety of hands-on experiences including participation in worksite visits and 120 hours of work placement ensuring you graduate work ready. Upon completion you will be prepared to facilitate educate and promote health and safety in the workplace.
