O que eu aprenderei?

Centennial College's Hospitality and Tourism Administration program prepares you for an industry that Tourism HR Canada identifies as climbing to more than $293 billion in goods and services revenue by 2030. Most importantly for Hospitality and Tourism Administration program graduates, Tourism HR Canada projects that demand for labour in the sector will grow to 2.1 million jobs in Canada, exposing a labour demand and skills shortage.

In this advanced diploma program, you learn the essential job and leadership skills needed to be successful in this vast industry. With experiential learning opportunities in a new on-campus restaurant, event centre and hotel suites you come to understand the demands and hard work needed to run a multi-faceted hospitality operation in one of the world's most diverse tourism destinations - the great city of Toronto.

To round out training, this Hospitality and Tourism Administration program also features an extensive 14-week field placement with one of our industry partners, either locally or internationally.

In addition to your advanced diploma, you graduate with important industry certifications such as Smart Serve, Safe Food Handlers and CPR, making you truly job ready.

From hospitality management to tourism planning and eldership development, you will be prepared to make significant contributions to the global hospitality and tourism sector.
