The BASc in Health offers an interdisciplinary approach to health, drawing on scientific, social and humanistic fields. Students who study health from joint arts and science perspectives will have a balanced understanding

of the interrelated nature of health, including medical, social, ethical and cultural factors. Unique in Canada, this program will give a competitive edge to students who want a career in a health-related field.

Students who complete the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a minimum score of 24 will be considered for admission. For high school students, the minimum requirements include an overall average of 70% in Grade 12, with no marks below 65% in each of the required subjects. English language proficiency tests: IELTS 6.5 overall and no lower than 6.0 in each band, TOEFL 90 iBT and no lower than 20 in each band, MELAB 81, CAEL 71, CAE 180 overall and no lower than 170 in each band.

Para estudantes internacionais

English; two of math, chemistry, biology or physics; and two other university preparatory courses in grade 12.

Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English competence.

The IELTS test is preferred and strongly recommended.

Students with an IELTS score of 6.5 and no band below 6.0

Other language tests and scores that are acceptable include:

TOEFL (minimum score required is 92)
CAEL (minimum score required is 70)
MELAB (minimum score required is 90)
