The School of Advanced Technology at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada offers a broad range of programs that opens up many career possibilities. Our programs take virtual world ideas and align them with the needs of the real world. The School of Advanced Technology is made up of the Applied Science and Environmental Technology, the Information and Communication Technology and the Mechanical and Transportation Technology departments which house clusters of like programs.
The Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) – Network Technology degree is a joint collaboration between Algonquin College and Carleton University; graduates of the program receive a Bachelor of Information Technology degree as well as a Computer Engineering Technology – Network Technology Ontario College Advanced Diploma accreditation.
The degree is designed to offer students programming centered around both a practical experience and a theoretical background
