Method of Completion

  • In the first year, students register full time in the School of Graduate Studies and complete the requirements for a Masters in Economics (Pattern II), as well as some 1st year JD courses for Law.
  • In the Spring/Summer of the first year, students complete the M.A. essay requirement and may also take some of their economics courses at this time. • In the 2nd year , students register full time with the Faculty of Law, and complete a full load of law courses, including the remaining core 1st year law courses.
  • In the 3rd year students register full time with the Faculty of Law and complete any remaining law requirements.
