It is designed for mid-career individuals, who seek to increase their professional horizons, domain knowledge and leadership ability.
The program is restricted to candidates who meet strict academic standards and have at least 3 years paid professional experience. It promotes diversity in its classes and makes a conscious effort to achieve a balanced mix of nationalities, ethnicities, genders and religious creeds. The official language of CNAM-IIM MBA is English.

The MBA builds on more than a decade of experience. We first commissioned an MBA program that was designed for scientists and engineers. Its success, together with new development policies, created the IIM which is charged with increasing the scope and reach of programs in the Department of Business and Economics. The objectives of our MBA program are as follows :
1. To deliver a comprehensive base of business knowledge in the core areas of Strategy, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Information Systems, Law, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Statistics applied to business and Operation Management;
2. To develop communication and interpersonal skills which lead to team effectiveness and leadership capacity;
3. To develop the critical thinking that profits from theory and results in action.

Program Structure

CNAM-IIM MBA program is designed around the framework of an orientation week/session, a core curriculum, an elective curriculum, a consulting project and skills development courses.
Most courses carry 3 credits, are 36 contact hours in duration and meet for twelve 3 hour sessions over a trimester in Paris or one of our regional centers. Specialized MBAs may vary somewhat from this basic architecture.
The MBA begins with an intensive first week of orientation, team building and foundation sessions. This is designed to quick start participants’ familiarity with MBA education, introduce team skills that are essential in the program and afterwards, and orient the MBA program in today’s socioeconomic context.
The core curriculum is comprised of 10 required courses which provide a solid foundation in essential business knowledge. These courses include

● Business Laws and Ethics

● Economics

● Management information systems

● Accounting

● Corporate finance

● Operation management

Specializations

The CNAM-IIM offers MBA specializations in the full time program that respond to specific needs and interests. These are appropriate for candidates who elect to concentrate their professional development in a particular field of interest. Specialized MBAs are designed according to the standards noted above but tailor content and have special requirements.
