The master aims to train professionals operating in the food sector and in the sectors connected to it who know how to combine marketing and communication skills with the sensitivity and design methodology.

From the combination of food / design comes a "designer of the food sector" who, by grasping the new consumer trends, is able to coordinate the design:

the processes, methods and environments where food products are processed, distributed and consumed;

of food from an aesthetic, communicative and representative point of view through shapes, colors and combinations of flavors and smells;

of equipment and utensils for the preparation and use of food;

communication activities for the promotion of food products.
