Introduction
The programme aims to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practices relevant to the proposed field of study. Through this programme students are exposed to the latest knowledge of the related theories and their applications in the proposed field of study. The programme aims to train individuals to become specialists in the proposed field of study who will then become practitioners of the acquired knowledge and skills.
This field prepares students as administrators and educational leaders with an emphasis on leadership skills, communication skills, accountability, and ethics. Expected learning outcomes of students can achieve a high level of professionalism as administrators and educational leaders. The program also introduces students to the real context of education environments through the paring administrative issues and challenges in Educational Administration, learning through experience, research on the practice of educational administration and administration of education transformation in various contexts.

The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree (with honours) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.000, or
The applicant who has insufficient academic qualification can be admitted into the programme subjected to any other requirement specified by the Faculty/Institute.
An applicant from a local public university who is in the final semester of his undergraduate study programme may be considered for provisional admission provided that his latest CGPA or its equivalent academic result satisfies the graduate programme admission requirements.
For applicants with one of the following
550 for the TOEFL Paper-based Test (Academic Version); or
Band 6.0 for IELTS (Academic Training); or
79-80 for TOEFL Internet-based Test (Academic Version); or
Level 109 for CIEP at ELS Language Centre; or
Band 4.0 for IELTS (Academic Training) or 400 for the TOEFL Paper-based Test (Academic Version) only for Malay Language Studies, Arabic, Chinese Literature programme or any other programmes that allow a thesis to be written in the language of instruction; or
Any English Language Test which is equivalent to B2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
