In this one semester programme you will learn the art of baking along with the skills required to work in a commercial bakery. Apply basic baking skills to produce biscuit, bread, cake, and pastry products in line with industry standards. You will learn how to work as an effective team member and produce required bakery products by demonstrating clear and appropriate communication within a group and one on one situations.

Class Times
Classes are taught 3 days per week.
Work Experience
Students are required to undertake 40 hours of work experience within the food and beverage industry to enhance their formal learning.
