Course Summary

If you are an HR professional, or want to make a move into HR, this master’s degree will take your career to the next level. The course combines the theoretical knowledge you would expect at master’s level with the practical elements you will need to succeed in your career. It has a strong emphasis on the behavioural and leadership skills that will make a positive difference, wherever you work.

Para estudantes internacionais

Students need 2.2 honours degree in any subject. They will normally expected to have Grade C in GCSE English and Maths. We will consider Degree-equivalent professional qualifications e.g. Certificate in Professional Practice (CPP) and two years managerial or HR work experience. Students should have an overall IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; minimum 5.5 in Reading and Listening (or recognised equivalent).
