If you have completed or will complete an associate degree from a community college, you may pursue the Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) at Northern Arizona University.

Our goal in offering the B.A.S. degree is to provide you with a general knowledge of management, organizational, and policy issues and to advance your communication, computer, and quantitative skills. This degree also offers you the opportunity to complete a specialization that will broaden your career horizons, promote life-long learning, and enrich your life. Northern Arizona University offers this degree at selected campuses throughout Arizona.

If you have completed an associate’s degree, our BAS with a specialization in Administration can help you seek entry, or advancement within, a variety of administrative occupations, including the private sector. The BAS in Administration is not a traditional business administration degree but offers additional training in administration.

You will be provided with the means to develop creative thinking skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills. The flexible delivery plans help you fit your studies into your life. Dedicated faculty will help you succeed.

Requisitos de admissão

A student must have a secondary (high school) and post-secondary (college or university) education, as well as any vocational or ESL grade reports. It is required to have a minimum of a 2.5 grade point average (GPA) for first-year and transfer students.

English Proficiency

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Internet-based testing (TOEFL iBT): an overall score of 70 (School code 4006)

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - 6.0

Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) - 56

Priority deadlines for undergraduate international student admissions:

Fall semester: apply by March 1 to begin classes in August

Spring semester: apply by September 15 to begin classes in January
