UIndy’s Spanish program combines technical and grammatical study with an in-depth examination of culture and literature. In addition to our top-notch faculty and study abroad opportunities, your education will also be enhanced by our internationally diverse student population students representing more than 60 nations are represented at UIndy. With this degree, you’ll take a talent for a second language to a new, marketable level that can change your life.
A minimum of 32 credit hours are required to complete the program, excluding the four hours of SPAN 101. Attendance in both day and extended program classes may be required.
A grade of C- (1.7 on a 4.0 scale) or higher is required in all courses applying toward the Spanish Language and Culture major. If you are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree, this will require a minimum of 120 credit hours.
