The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration provides a thorough education in the theory and practice of business. The degree provides an understanding of multiple business disciplines, and upon completing the degree, graduates will have the competency to make sound business decisions through effective, evidence-based analysis, interpretation, problem-solving and reasoning. The program emphasizes interpersonal skill-development, including the ability to write and orally communicate ideas and solutions in both business and non-business settings. Students also learn to recognize and apply concepts related to group motivation and conflict. Emphasis is also placed on the skills to use quantitative data, appropriate techniques and models to contextualize, address and analyse business problems and support business decisions. In a global sense, students also learn to understand legal, multicultural, political and ethical issues related to business.
Real Estate Concentration (27 units)
Real Estate is important to individuals, households, business organizations and the whole society. The concentration spans the broader context of real estate, allowing students to explore its full structure and its role in communities. The program covers real estate principles, finance, valuation, development, market analysis, property management, the legal aspects of real estate investment and real estate economics. It combines and develops the business, analytical and communication skills students gained during their first two years. Graduates of the program will possess the skills required to enter the business world in a wide range of activities: from development and construction to financing; from brokerage and leasing to property management; from appraisal and assessment to insurance and regulation; from research to urban planning, government affairs and more.

Complete the 15-unit comprehensive “A-G” pattern with a grade of C- or better by high school graduation.
"A-G" requirement may not be completed during the summer term prior to fall enrolment.
