Students can choose to apply for the Culinary Arts diploma program or take their education a step further at our LA campus with the Culinary Arts and Management Associate Degree Program.

International documentation will be verified by an official, certified translation noting that the student has completed the equivalent of a secondary school in the US. Your Admissions Representative will be able to provide further details.
Prospective students must also demonstrate that they are currently or will be legally in the United States. As such, a copy of government-issued photo identification will be required at time of enrollment. A copy of an existing visa will be required for those international students not obtaining a student visa through ICE.
English language proficiency
The Institute of Culinary Education requires that its students be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently. We are required to collect proof of English language proficiency for all non-native speakers who wish to study here. Below are recognized ways to demonstrate English language proficiency
